[SCIP] Can ParaSCIP accept NL-files?

Hi,

currently not out of the box.
If you are a bit familar with SCIP/ParaSCIP coding, then take the 
nl-reader from scip/interfaces/ampl/src/reader_nl* and add it to 
ParaSCIP (include as additional SCIP plugin).
To build, the nl reader will need the ASL headers and one need to link 
against the ASL library. If you have already build SCIP/AMPL, then you 
can find both in the "solvers" subdirectory of scip/interfaces/ampl.
