[SCIP] Why the program cannot work without NOBLKBUFMEM=true

Dear all,

My program could work when I compiled it with  NOBLKBUFMEM=true.

If I removed NOBLKBUFMEM=true,   the program terminated with error of "segment fault." 

What is the problem?
