[SCIP] Running SCIP with Java on Windows with eclipse

Hi, I see an example Java SCIP file here
https://github.com/SCIP-Interfaces/JSCIPOpt/blob/master/examples/Linear.java

I have downloaded the SCIP studio from here
https://scip.zib.de/index.php#download.

Is there a way to run the example java file from eclipse on Windows? I am
not sure how to do it.
