[SCIP] How to get started?

Dear Nitin,

We are working on an introduction like this, however at this point it is 
not yet available.

Installing mentioned executable will have installed a SCIP using soplex 
as an LP Solver, if you wnat to use Gurobi you need to compile the 
scipoptsuite yourself as described here 
https://scipopt.org/doc/html/CMAKE.php passing -DLPS=grb to cmake.

Having a working installation of scip you can install pyscipopt as 
described here 
https://github.com/SCIP-Interfaces/PySCIPOpt/blob/master/INSTALL.md

As to getting started you should be able to find some pointers here
