[SCIP] Seek help on JSCIPOpt

Dear Wenjing,

I can understand that you are frustrated and that installing SCIP and 
its interfaces can sometimes be complicated, especially when you are 
using Windows.

Again: Please open an issue in the JSCIPOpt repository

and let us discuss your problems there.
