Dear Developers:
Thanks for your reply. Well, I think the main problem to install JSCIPOpt on my computer is that, an C compailer Microsoft visual studio C++ 2015(x64) must be pre-installed ,but an higher edition of Microsoft visual studio C++ (2017 x64, I think)was installed before.

However, MATLAB help me a lot when I deal with meta-algorithms, and I have succeed to pluge in an SCIP solver by OPTI Toolbox. My new question is that ,  can the SCIP solver in MATLAB OPTI Toolbox fully realize the functions of SCIP solver 7.0?  My work will progress more smoothly if the answer is Yes.

Since I am trying to solve a dynamic program in my paper, and it will be great to use  the heuristic algorithm as the outer framework, and SCIP as the internal solution. It will improve soving efficiency and accuracy at the same time.

Best Regards,
Wenjing
