[SCIP] A question about SCIP solver

Dear Wenjing,

Unfortunately, the answer is no.  The OPTI Toolbox has restricted 
functionality.  To the best of my knowledge, you can only formulate a 
problem, have it solved by SCIP as a black-box, and retrieve the solution.
