Thank you for your response.
It takes very long time to wait for all solvers to reach the limit regardless one of the solvers reach the limit early on. I have tried adjusting various parameters under concurrent/sync none of them works. Which parameter should I look for? Below is my terminal output. The first solver reach the gap limit at around 200-300 seconds.
