[SCIP] Solution at Node

Hello,

Thank you all for your prompt response and support. I need to get the best
solution (not just the best lower bound) when given a node. In the
node_comp method (in the custom node selector), I need to check the
solutions of the two nodes given,; but not just by lower bound or lower
bound estimate.

I am running some computations in a custom Node Selector I have written but
can't seem to figure out how to get the best solution given a node.
