[SCIP] Use Gurobi as LP solver on Windows

Dear all,

I would like to use Gurobi as the LP solver in SCIP, and I use Gurobi 8, visual studio 2015 and CMake in Win 10.

In the GUI of CMake, I set "LPS" as "grb", and "GUROBI_DIR" as "C:/gurobi801/win64". But this setting doesn't work.

Do you know how to set it?
