[SCIP] SCIPAML 8 for mac and linux.

Hi,

there is no SCIPAMPL anymore with SCIP 8.
See section "Interfaces to external software" in the CHANGELOG 
(https://www.scipopt.org/doc-8.0.0/html/RN80.php#RN800).

If you don't want to just build from source, some binaries are available 
at https://www.scipopt.org/index.php#download. The included SCIP 
executables should be useable from AMPL and read .nl files.
