[SCIP] AMPL scip solver in v8?

Hi,

I just downloaded the SCIP optimization suite 8.0.0. The documentation
mentions AMPL as a possible interface <
https://scipopt.org/doc/html/INTERFACES.php>, which I thought I'd find in
interfaces/ampl/ as usual (<
https://www.zverovich.net/2012/08/07/using-scip-with-ampl.html>, <
http://listserv.zib.de/pipermail/scip/2018-November/003539.html>), but it's
just not there. In fact the whole interfaces/ directory is absent from the
source distribution.

Should I download it separately from some other source?
