[SCIP] How to use FiberSCIP and UG with SCIP 8.0.3?

Hi,

FiberSCIP with SCIP 8.0.3 is included in SCIP Optimization Suite 8.0.3.
Please download it and build FiberSCIP. If you have questions, please let me know.
