[SCIP] Verry simple model seems very hard for scip

Hi,

HiGHS just didn't do a good job in letting you know that it cannot 
handle quadratic constraints.
For what it's worth, with https://github.com/ERGO-Code/HiGHS/pull/1364 
you will get a parser error from HiGHS on this instance.
