[SCIP] Build problems on mac (intel) running Ventura 13.2.1

Hallo Victor,

I just build scipoptsuite-8.0.3.tar.gz using cmake on mac (intel) with the clang compiler but did not receive any errors (unfortunately I am not able to run it on Ventura 13.2.1, I can only use macOS Monterey). 

Can you please send the cmake output and your full cmake input command, so I can take a closer look at it?
