[SCIP] ARM64

Hi,

I have a colleague who attempted to install SCIP under ARM64 architecture. He got the following complaint:

0.175 Makefile:165: make/make.linux.aarch64.gnu.opt: No such file or directory
0.175 make[2]: *** No rule to make target 'make/make.linux.aarch64.gnu.opt'.  Stop.

The above was generated using SCIP 8.0.0 but he tells me that using SCIP 8.0.4 has not solved the problem.

Perhaps there is something weird with his setup. Has anyone successfully installed SCIP 8.0.4 using ARM64?
