[SCIP] Faster exact solution of sparse MaxCut and QUBO problems and SCIP 9

Dear SCIP team members,
Recently we read your article, https://doi.org/10.1007/s12532-023-00236-6.
A couple of question:
1. Am I right, that all improvements listed in the Section 4.1 Key
components are presented in the last release SCIP 9.0.0?
2. Can you tell us settings of parameters, which were used in your solving
of QUO/MaxCut problems in single-thread and in parallel modes?
