[Scip] April fools' day

Dear SCIP users,

we have good news for you: yesterday's e-mail was just an April hoax.

SCIP's pointers are neither too long nor too short, and nobody needs to go
back to using 16-bit-stone-age-binaries. Notwithstanding that having a
16-bit binary available is a nice gedankenexperiment.
Solving today's MIP models using integers only up to 32768 might be a
challenge in itself.
