[Scip] ZIB installation problem

Hi Paolo,

the readline library is missing. There are two options: (i) you install 
the the readline library (including the headers) on your system or (ii) 
you run "make ARCH=x86_64 READLINE=false" which will ignore the features 
of the readline library.
