[SCIP] error extracting scipoptsuite-3.2.0.tgz

Hi,

a while ago, there was an issue with a duplicate file in scip-3.2.0.tgz, that caused an error when unpacking with bsdtar (the default on os x).
This was reported here: http://listserv.zib.de/pipermail/scip/2015-July/002476.html and the scip-3.2.0.tgz was fixed http://listserv.zib.de/pipermail/scip/2015-July/002486.html
However, the scipoptsuite-3.2.0.tgz still contains the old scip-3.2.0.tgz with the duplicate file. Extracting of and make on os x still fails for scipoptsuite

** Extracting SCIP archive "/Users/pietzsch/workspace/CMC-SCIP/scipoptsuite-3.2.0/scip-3.2.0.tgz".
scip-3.2.0/applications/Coloring/Makefile: Can't create 'scip-3.2.0/applications/Coloring/Makefile'
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors.
make: *** [/Users/pietzsch/workspace/CMC-SCIP/scipoptsuite-3.2.0/scip-3.2.0] Error 1

Replacing the scip-3.2.0.tgz contained in scipoptsuite-3.2.0.tgz with the one from http://scip.zib.de/download.php?fname=scip-3.2.0.tgz fixes the issue.
