[SCIP] First LP Value

Hi Natalie,

to be more precise: a "-" as the first LP value is shown if no LP value
was computed or the initial LP was infeasible or unbounded.
E.g., if you disable LP solving or if you set a solution limit to 1 and
find a solution before the first LP is solved, a "-" is shown  in the
stats.
