[SCIP] CPU you selected does not support x86-64 instruction set

Dear Monia,

this seems to be a problem in ZIMPL. You may try these solutions:

1) in the zimpl-3.3.3 directory, copy the file 
"make/make.cygwin.x86.gnu.opt" to "make/make.cygwin.x86_64.gnu.opt"
2) compile the SCIP Opt Suite without ZIMPL support: "make ZIMPL=false"
