[SCIP] clique lifting

Dear SCIPers.

Is there somewhere where I can find out more about setting

constraints/setppc/cliquelifting = TRUE

When I use this (non-default) value for this parameter it seems as if rows
in the LP relaxation corresponding to some (not all) of my set partitioning
constraints disappear.
