[SCIP] Questions about building and installing the applications and examples

Dear Wenjing,

You can build and install the examples (and applications) by executing 
`make examples` in the main cmake build directory of scip or the 
scipoptsuite respectively. The binaries will be located in bin/examples.
You can also build a single example by giving its name explicitly, for 
more information please see here: 
https://scipopt.org/doc-7.0.1/html/INSTALL_APPLICATIONS_EXAMPLES.php
