[SCIP] Trouble with Debian binaries

Dear Pedro,

Sorry for the confusion, actually, we do build the packages on a docker 
container with `--platform=linux/amd64`, I got confused with the arm and 
amd terms.

However, I could not reproduce your error, and without more information 
we can sadly not do more.
